Mondraker’s revolutionary Forward Geometry cockpit concept has received glowing reviews since its launch and thanks to its responsive handling and high ride quality it has become a leader out on the trail. Following in the footsteps of the Foxy XR comes the new Foxy XR MS which shares the same Forward Geometry, Stealth tubed and Zero Suspension System frame as it’s big brother but hits the trails with an SRP of just £2895.
The 140mm trail bike ticks all the boxes for the perfect enduro or trail bike coming complete with Fox 34 Float CTD Evo forks (160mm), Fox Float CTD Evo rear shock, Formula brakes, Sram X9 and a X-Fusion dropper post with remote lever.
Forward Geometry
When Mondraker designed their XR Forward Geometry they went back to the drawing board, ignored the rule book and designed a bike which took the natural evolution of current bike design and trends to the maximum. The result is a bike which sees the handlebar position remain in the same position but increases the wheelbase via a shorter stem and longer top tube giving riders more confidence at high speed, more direct steering, improved security on steep terrain and better stability on rough tracks.
